The blinking F indicates a connection error. We would like to recommend these troubleshooting tips:
1. Unplug the unit
2. Disconnect the control connector from the pad connector
3. Reconnect the cord and pad connectors
4. Control connector must be connected to the Pad Connector before plugging the unit into an electrical outlet.
