How can I tell if I'm getting too much light from my HappyLight Therapy Lamp?

Light therapy has stimulating effects to enhance mood, energy & focus. If you feel a little jittery (e.g. like you’ve had too much caffeine), then you’ll want to cut back on the amount of time you use your HappyLight® Therapy Lamp. You can also increase your distance from the light. Both will help you cut back on your light intake and help you find a routine that feels just right.
