How do I effectively clean mold from my Bentgo?

Both vinegar and bleach can effectively get rid of mold. Bleach may be more effective but can discolor or weaken the rubber. Vinegar will not damage the rubber. We would only recommend using bleach if vinegar does not help.

Vinegar

+Fill a clean, half-gallon spray bottle with white distilled vinegar. Screw on the lid.

+Spray the mold and let soak for two to four hours.

+Rinse with water, and dry thoroughly.

Bleach

+Mix one part bleach with four parts water in a clean, half-gallon spray bottle. Screw on the lid.

+Spray the mold with bleach. It should begin to kill the mold instantly. Leave the bleach on the rubber for at least 15 minutes.

+Scrub the mold away with an old toothbrush.

+Rinse with water, and dry thoroughly.
